Living in NYC is pretty cool, in fact its the hottest city in the world and during the past couple of days that statement should be taken literally due to the temperature rising well above the 90 degree mark. The Socialist team continues to stay busy cranking out designs, reaching out to our customers all while striving to build upon our foundation. Here are a few simple ways to beat the heat.

2. Don’t let the S#%T hit the fan before you decide to use one or two or three. Fans are a great way to stay cool while conserving energy and reducing your carbon footprint.
3. Hit the pool. Visit the Y in your area. The Chinatown YMCA on Bowery and Houston Street, NYC is a good place to take a dip.

Well folks there you have it. Barack Obama has been selected as the democratic nominee and now only has one last battle to win. The question remains, will Barack select Hillary Clinton for the role as vice president??? We certainly hope not. Personal reasons aside, we believe that Hillary will not work cohesively along side our man Barack. This has been an interesting year of politics in the US.
